Since 1969. Evolving with identity. Cabot Hotels was born in Puerto Pollensa as a family project by the sea. Don Guillem Cabot founded the project with a belief that still guides us today: welcoming someone is not about managing a booking; it is about beginning a relationship. A relationship that grows over time, becomes stronger with every visit, and is built on respect, warmth and closeness. More than five decades later, we continue to grow with that same idea: to offer a real, personal experience, deeply connected to the Mediterranean setting that defines us. Three generations of the Cabot family have shaped and transformed the project, driving major renovations, new gastronomic concepts, the development of our sports and family universe, and the creation of a distinctive identity recognised both in Mallorca and beyond.
