Cabot Hotels was born in Puerto de Pollensa as a family project in front of the sea. Mr. Guillem Cabot promoted the project with a conviction that is still valid: to receive someone is not to attend a reservation, it is to start a relationship. A relationship that evolves over time, that is strengthened with each visit and that is built on respect and closeness. More than five decades later, we continue to grow with the same idea: to offer a real experience, close and coherent with the Mediterranean environment that defines us.
