What is Stay Close?
This is Cabot Hotels' loyalty program. It rewards those who book directly, offering real advantages from the first stay.
How much does it cost to join?
No charge. It is totally free when booking on cabot-hotels.com or through our call center.
How do I access the program?
Making a direct reservation. Your account is automatically activated at the Welcome Stay level.
How do I know what level I am at?
You will receive a welcome email with your level and active benefits. You can also check it in your private area or at reception.
How do I level up?
The system automatically updates your level based on your direct booking history.
What reserves count?
Only those made on the official website or through our call center.
Can I lose my level?
The level can be adjusted after 24 months without direct reserves.
Is it valid in all Cabot accommodations?
Yes, it includes hotels, apartments and villas operated by Cabot Hotels.
